Pure Vanity’s custom services and corporate services are horrible. When trying to get a refund for services I never received, they told me, for the first time, that there were no refunds and that I could choose any other services. I was never told before swiping my card or given documentation after the purchase that refunds are not available. I tried for 7 months to speak with a manager at the spa and was told they would take my name and number and have the manager call me… This happened several times over the 7 months. Finally, today I was able to get ahold of the manager, and all she was able to tell me was that if the email I was given couldn’t help me, then neither could she.
